The company has put together a board of directors comprised of highly regarded professionals, their combined experience exceeds 60 years in the business. The board consists of a former state Advisor of Switzerland, two bankers, a renowned Swiss lawyer and an experienced trader, a summary of which is detailed hereafter;  Claude Haegi (Chairman of the Board): Mr Haegi is the former president of the Government of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.  Muhieddine Osmann (Vice President): Mr. Osmann, the current CEO of Socofinance SA has been with the company for over 20 years.  Gérard Cannio (Board member): Mr Cannio is a former head of foreign exchange for the American Express Bank in Geneva, as well as a former director of the Union de Banques Suisse (UBS).  Sylvain Théodoloz (Board member): Mr. Théodoloz is the former head of the trading room at Barclays Bank. Later, he headed the Geneva office of Credit Suisse First Boston. He is a founding shareholder of the MC Group.  Matteo Inaudi (Board member): Mr. Inaudi is a partner of the law firm Ming, Halperin, Burger & Inaudi, one of Geneva’s most respected law firms.
